NIBU Restaurant

It was a real discovery for us, and we loved it. Excellent service and very good advice. The gyozas, takoyakis, vegetable tempura, bluefin tuna sashimi, grilled crab uromaki, bao buns, and katsu sando were all excellent. The desserts were equally excellent: the pistachio mochi and the white chocolate cream. In short, a high-quality Japanese restaurant worth repeating.

A Japanese restaurant from the Olivia group located on the main street of the town of Benicassim. It has a spacious terrace with large fans for the summer. The food is delicious; we loved everything we tried, from the sushi, the gyozas, the breaded prawns with spicy sauce, the patatas bravas, and the rib bao. The dessert, especially the French toast with meringue ice cream, is absolutely delicious!

I went for dinner last Saturday, and the experience couldn't have been more gratifying. I can't boast about knowing every Japanese restaurant in Benicàssim inside out, but I doubt they'll ever be on par with Nibu. It's one of those restaurants that no one with any sense of judgment would ever tire of returning to.

It might be the best Japanese restaurant in Castellón!!! We're in Benicassim, but just because the fish tank is small doesn't mean the fish isn't big. We ordered the following: - Tacoyaki: Delicious, easy to eat. - Teriyaki Chicken Skewers: Fantastic, very well cooked, chicken with a sweet touch on a bed of rice. - Tuna Sashimi: One negative point is that although the quantity was very good (it was 4 pieces instead of 2), I think the pieces were too thick, and although they were of high quality, they should have been thinner so they would be more enjoyable. The Nigiri are exactly what their name suggests, so I'll just give my opinions. - Flambéed Salmon Nigiri: They make it tableside; it was delicious and eye-catching. - Caramelized Tuna Belly Nigiri: For me, the dish of the night. - Duck breast and foie gras nigiri: I don't have much to say, it was the best. Salmon and eggplant uramaki: Superb and fantastic, the eggplant gives it an exquisite flavor. Tuna, truffle, and foie gras futomaki: It's like a tempura uramaki; it's very good, but it would be the last one I'd choose. All for about 40 euros per person, not including drinks, but a hearty meal. On the other hand, the place was perfectly decorated, supremely elegant, and a place you'd really want to be.

100% recommended, the best Japanese restaurant we've tried; we haven't found anything like it in Madrid. Great atmosphere and excellent service. If you have any questions, it's best to ask David for advice.

The best Japanese restaurant in Castellón. The place is adorable. The service is impeccable. The food is delicious. 100% worth it.

We had dinner on Sunday and it was great, we ordered several off-menu items and it was a success, the beef chop nigiri was delicious and the mochi was outrageous

A 10 restaurant, in all its aspects. Special food, with very interesting and quality proposals. The staff is close, willing and attentive at all times. And the calm, pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. Without a doubt, we will repeat!

SPECTACULAR!!!!!I loved the decoration, the relaxed atmosphere, the food was a 10, (highlighting bread bao and ramen). The service could not have been more efficient and friendly, a 10 too. Although all my points go to the Chef. John, few have pleased my palate and his cooking takes you to other places. The flavor of each food is different, the quality of the products is noticeable. WE WILL BE BACK WITHOUT HESITATION!!!! THANK YOU.

The place is gorgeous! 10/10 service, the staff is super professional. The wine list is good, and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. We're fans of Japanese cuisine, and this place more than lives up to our expectations!

If you want quality sushi in Benicassim, don't hesitate to go to Nibu. I went there for the first time, for dinner for my birthday, and I was super happy... both with how delicious the food was and with the service. Everything was excellent!!! We'll be back!
